Project 01

T Cell Engineering

Some of the strongest clues for better cell therapy are already written in T cells themselves.

We study naturally occurring mutations and elite immune-cell states to discover programs that can make engineered T cells more durable, tumor-directed, and resistant to exhaustion.

Project 02

Autoimmune Disease

Autoimmune diseases emerge when protective immune programs are redirected against the body’s own tissues.

Using patient samples, single-cell profiling, and functional studies, we uncover the T cell circuits that sustain inflammation and point toward strategies for restoring immune balance.

Project 03

T Cell Lymphoma

T cell lymphomas are rare, aggressive cancers driven by immune cells that have turned malignant.

We map their mutations, signaling dependencies, and survival programs to reveal what keeps these cancers alive — and where smarter therapies may be able to intervene.

Precision Medicine

Every patient’s immune disease carries a unique molecular fingerprint.

We integrate patient samples, single-cell and spatial data, and functional testing to turn complex biology into clearer therapeutic hypotheses, biomarkers, and paths toward personalized care.
